FARMS These products are targeted for restaurant, hotel, catering and retail business, but are available for purchase by anyone who is interested in larger quantities (packages are much larger as noted below) than our retail operation provides. Wholesale pricing is available for selected pork and bison cuts only as described below. All other types and cuts of meat that are sold through our retail markets are available at retail prices only. Base prices are stated below - all are negotiable and depend upon quantity, frequency, delivery requirements, etc. Delivery is available in the greater DC metro area and the corridor between DC and Charlottesville.
