Western Smoke jerky is like a Cajun spice blend, but without the hot and spicy. This jerky is mild in spice, but very flavorful.. The other flavors are soaked in water and spice blends before smoking. Each batch is made by hand and is thus semi-inconsistent. We guarantee it will be good every time, but there could be different degrees of flavor and heat in each batch. This is the nature of hand-made products.

Ingredients: Buffalo meat, soy sauce, salt, dextrose sugar, sodium nitrate, propylene glycol, extract of paprika and tricalcium phosphate.
