Salt-Cured bacon is the original style of curing bacon without chemical nitrates.

Great for cooking with seasoned oil. Simply coarsly chop and render fat in a hot pan. Remove bacon bits (or don't) and use as fry oil like usual. Amazing with all vegetables!

Ingredients: Salt, sugar and pepper. No nitrates.
