Salt-Cured bacon is the original style of curing bacon without chemical nitrates.

Cooking requires you to first remove salt as follows: Fill fry pan with about an inch of water and bring to a boil. Lay bacon strips down into boiling water and simmer for 1 minute. Pour off all water and fry like normal.

Ingredients: Salt, sugar and pepper. No nitrates.
