Cibola Farms is dedicated to providing wholesome foods from animals and plants that have been raised using sustainable and ecological agricultural practices where animal welfare is given a very high priority. We practice direct marketing in the Washington, DC region to the health conscious consumer, the hotel and restaurant industry, farmers markets and directly off the farm. We invite you to view our products and prices and hope that you will visit us at the farm Trading Post or one of our Farmer's Market stands.
In this section, you can read more details about our specific products and cuts of Bison Meat, Grass-Range Poultry, Free-Range Pork and Smoky Mountain Goat. You will also find some recipes within these pages (updated Spring 2005 and in need of further updates).
You may review our products for purchase locally at the farm or one of our weekly farmer's markets. Our shopping cart is now fully operational for those that want to make purchases for FedEx delivery. Please note that we are only shipping bison and pork products (including all the sausages, jerky, trail stick and hot dog products) in order to accommodate Federal Regulations and supply limitations on some of our products.
